Then lowered 10 fathoms into Flinders Bay, Augusta, where it has been naturally lees stirred by the extreme currents of the Southern Ocean for close to 14 months.

V A R I E T Y - 100% Chardonnay (gingin clone)
V I N E Y A R D - north-south row orientation, allowing for gentle sunlight exposure on bunches, encouraging gentle aromatics.
W I N E M A K I N G - Hand harvested, gently pressed to tank for cold settling. Clean juice was barrel fermented in third fill barrels and matured in oak for 3 months before tirage.
