Vineyard: A field blend of Shiraz and Savarro grown for the purpose of creating a dry, Provence style Rosé.
Winemaking: Free run juice, straight to French oak barriques for wild fermentation and maturation.
Colour: Rhubarb skin.
Nose: Juicy strawberries and cream lifted by delicate floral aromatics.
Palate: Textural and expressive with great fruit weight backed by a restorative dry finish. Notes of Campari and orange blossom give this wine extra definition for moreish drinkability.
Style: A dry French style rosé for summer salads and charcuterie boards. Perfect for long lunches.
