Oak Maturation : New and seasoned French oak for 14 months.

Cellaring Potential : Drinks well now and will cellar up to 10 years. 

Vineyard:  Dry grown on a west facing site , allowing maximum sunlight inception into the canopy, for ideal cool climate ripening.

Colour: deep crimson red 

Nose: Bursting with layers of home made cherry jam and dark chocolate lifted by delicate notes of white flower and cinnamon spice. 

Palate: The wine reveals dusty cedar and toasted oats backed by bold tannins that will age well for the next 10 years, unless you want to cause a Kerfuffle earlier. Go on.

Style: A northern Rhone inspired wine with a balance of fruit weight and savoury spice.
