|  S T O R Y  |  there aren't many opportunities to try a traditionally made fortified wine in margaret river, so we thought it was time to change things up. our muscat is produced using the time-honoured solera system, which builds complexity and history into every bottle. our solera stack dates back to 2014, and we hope it will continue for many generations to come.

|  S T Y L E  |  muscat petit grains - solera stack - 5 years in oak. hand-picked grapes with 20%+ raisins. fermented on skins for 7-10 days. fortified with a neutral grape spirit at the perfect time to capture the true fruit sweetness. MATURATION - french oak for minimum 9 months, maximum 8 years.

|  W I N E  |  brick red with brown hues. notes of christmas fruit cake, nutmeg, red ripe cherries and cedar. dense layers of ripe dried fruits creating a powerful structure backed by super fine tannins and a fresh, clean finish.
