Matured for thirteen months at 10 fathoms in the depths of Flinders Bay, Augusta.

Matured for thirteen months on land at the Champagne Shed in Margaret River. 

*Due to the unique and wild nature of ocean maturation, each bottle of Fathoms Cuvée varies in intensity of sealife encrustation.
