These pickles are made with hand-picked heirloom cucumbers from small growers in the South West of W.A. We choose to use these heirloom varieties as they hold their crunch and absorb the flavour of our brine way better than your standard supermarket cucumber.
Our brine is a recipe which has been tried and tested over the years, W.A apple cider vinegar is infused with garlic, lots of dill and our special spice blend.
These pickles are crunchy, well balanced and so damn tasty!
We encourage you to eat them straight from the jar, also making the perfect addition to sandwiches & burgers, cheese board, salads and a whole lot more.
*We recommend serving chilled.
