- FIRST ORDER | Your first Farm Collective order is processed at checkout and sent to you straight away.
This purchase officially activates your membership, and your card details are securely encrypted and stored in our payment system for future orders.- SUBSEQUENT ORDERS | Your future Farm Collective orders are then processed automatically on the anniversary of your first purchase, according to your membership:

We’ll email you around two weeks before your next order is due so you can:
Add extra bottles,
Update your selection (where applicable), or
Make changes to your delivery or payment details.
- FAILED PAYMENT | If your payment fails, you’ll automatically receive an email notification. Our system will retry your card up to three times over the following week. Following this we will reach out with a call or email to assist you.
- PAYMENT DETAILS - You can update your payment details, billing information, or delivery address at any time by logging into our website and heading to your member dashboard. If you’d prefer a hand, you’re always welcome to contact us:

DISPATCH | Once your order has been processed we will endeavor to dispatch your order asap or within 3 days if it is over the weekend or public holiday. Once dispatched you will receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking information.
- DELIVERY TIME | On average deliveries to Perth take 3 to 5 working days. Rural WA + Eastern states can take up to 2 weeks. Delays may occur around christmas and busy trading times depending on Australia Post.
-TRACKING | You can easily track or redirect your delivery with the tracking number sent in the automated Australia Post email. Please use the Australia Post services for delivery related queries. If your delivery is damaged please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can arrange a return and replacement asap. Delivery and Returns policy.

- NOTIFICATIONS | We will send you emails 14 days and then 2 days before your order is scheduled to be processed. We will also send you updates and love letters from our Collective Concierge service.
- EMAIL | Our primary form of contact is via email. We will also send a text message to remind you of upcoming order. Please be sure your email address and phone number is correct and up to date. Also check your junk or promotions folder on occasion just in case we accidentally end up in there.

- ONLINE PROFILE | You have full access to your Farm Collective profile through our website. Simply log in to your account and head to the dashboard to view your order history, update details, or adjust your upcoming deliveries.
- RESCHEDULE + SKIP + PAUSE DELIVERY | Going on holiday? Need a break? You have total flexibility to reschedule, skip or pause your delivery BEFORE your order is processed. Simply login to your profile to manage.
- CANCEL MEMBERSHIP | Your membership is designed as a minimum of twenty four bottles of wine, allowing you to experience the seasons and wines as they unfold through the year.
Once you have recieved 24 bottles you can simply cancel on your online profile or by emailing us at wine@glenartyroad.com.au. If your circumstances change and you need to cancel before please email us. Please note there is a cancellation fee of $50 involved in cancelling before the minimum 4 deliveries.

- You must be 18 years or older.
- You commit to minimum of 24 bottles and acknowledge that you will automatically receive a delivery every season until you say stop.
- It is your responsibility to reschedule or pause your delivery before the order + update changes to your contact details, address or credit card online or by emailing us.
- All your details will be confidential and your credit card details will be safely stored and encrypted for the purpose purchasing your Farm Collective wine club only.
- If you have any problems with delivery please contact us as soon as possible.
- If your parcel is not collected from your local Post Office within the required timeframe and is returned to us, you will be responsible for both the return-to-sender fee and the cost to resend your order.
- Please note there is a cancellation fee of $50 involved in cancelling before the minimum 4 deliveries commitment.
