Farm Collective FAQ
Your first order will be processed at the check out and sent to you straight away. This will officially sign you up to the Farm Collective and your credit card details will be encrypted and saved in our secure system.
Your Farm Collective box will be processed at the start of every four seasons - Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter. We will send you an email ten days before your order is due to be processed, then once more one day before your order. You can also veiw your upcoming order on your online profile.
We will reveal our seasonal selection of wines at the start of each season. Check our website or socials to get a sneak peak or be patient and wait for them to arrive on your door step!
Unfortunatley not. Due to the nature of our small batch allocations and limited stock we cannot change individual wines in your order.
If you get a wine that is not your style... we suggest sharing the love and giving it as a gift.
If your card fails you will automatically be notified and our system will retry the payment. Following this we will reach out with a call or email to assist you.
You can easily update your payment details by logging in to your online profile and click 'Manage Subscription' OR email us at wine@glenartyroad.com.au OR phone/text 0451 815 388.
- DISPATCH | Once your order has been processed we will endeavor to dispatch your order within 2 days or 5 days if it is over the weekend or public holiday. Once dispatched you will receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking information.
- DELIVERY TIME | On average deliveries to Perth take 3 to 5 working days. Rural WA + Eastern states can take up to 2 weeks. Delays may occur around christmas and busy trading times depending on Australia Post.
-TRACKING | You can easily track your delivery with the tracking number sent in the automated Australia Post email. Please use the Australia Post services for delivery related queries. If your delivery is damaged please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can arrange a return and replacement asap. Delivery and Returns policy.
Simply log in into your account on our website, click "Manage Subscription" then "See more details". There you can update your address, delivery notes and bank details.

- RESCHEDULE / SKIP DELIVERY | Going on holiday? Need a break? You can reschedule your delivery for later that season, or skip one season at the time BEFORE your order is processed.
- CANCEL MEMBERSHIP | Your subscription is a minimum of 4 deliveries. Once your 4 deliveries are complete you can cancel by emailing us. Please note there is a 50$ cancellation fee prior the commitment is complete.

- NOTIFICATIONS | We will send you an email ten days before your order is scheduled to be processed. We will also send you updates and love letters from our Collective Concierge service.Â
- EMAIL | Our primary form of contact is via email. Please be sure your email address and phone number is correct and up to date. Also check your junk or promotions folder on occasion just in case we accidentally end up in there.

You are the best friend ever! Our Farm Collective Experiences make the perfect gift that keeps on giving! All you need to do is sign up and add your friend's address details in instead of your own. We will charge your card with each delivery then deliver the goods to your lucky loved one! What more could someone want!
- DISCOUNT | Your 20% discount code will be emailed to you shortly after you sign up, with reminders each season. Use it on our online store OR let us know you are a collective member when visiting the farm for 20% off all take away wine purchases + a complimentary tasting + 10% off farm tours.
- FREE DELIVERY | You get free delivery on your seasonal Farm Collective orders. You can also add additional one-off wines to this order by logging in to your profile on our website. additional wines must be in multiples of 3, 6 or 12 and will already have your 20% off applied.
- COLLECTIVE CONCIERGE | Our Collective Concierge is an exclusive service to help our members have the best experience at the farm. We will send convenient notifications to let you know when to book over our busy times and exciting updates. We also invite and encourage you to reach out via email when you are planning to visit the farm so we can assist with booking and elevating your experience.
- You commit to taking a minimum of 4 deliveries and acknowledge that you will automatically receive a delivery every 3 months until you say stop. Cancellation fee prior the commitment plan is $50
- You must be 18 years or older
- It is your responsibility to reschedule or skip your delivery before the order + update an changes to your contact details, address or credit card online or by emailing us.
- All your details will be confidential and your credit card details will be safely stored and encrypted for the purpose purchasing only your Farm Collective Subscription and added orders through your account.
- If there are any problems with delivery or your wine is damaged please contact us as soon as possible.Â
