| S T Y L E | 10 % whole bunch, fermented in large concrete open fermentors. pressed off skins after 10 days and matured in French oak for 9 months. dry grown on a west facing site, allowing maximum sunlight inception into the canopy, for ideal cool climate ripening. the lean gravelly ironstone soils craft a wine full of dark fruits and subtle spice.
| W I N E | alluring deep ruby color, velvety aromas, elegant, mystical, spicy. violets, freshly harvested black plums, and blackberries with french vanilla flowers.
