This slow and intimate dining experience will be curated by our amazing new head chef Jess Widmer. Creatively and respectfully showcasing local Ocean Grown Abalone and seafood found at 10 fathoms in the Southern Ocean, alongside freshly picked seasonal produce from the farm, the ‘Fathoms’ Cuvee, and a range of other Glenarty Road wines. 2019 'FATHOMS' Cuvee
2019 Glenarty Road ‘Fathoms’ Cuvée is an extremely special, small-batch sparkling wine that was wild-fermented and hand-crafted from 100% Chardonnay. Then lowered 10 fathoms down into Flinders Bay, where it has been naturally lees stirred by the extreme currents of the Southern Ocean for 13 months. Creating a wine with incredible texture and complexity, bringing a whole new meaning to ‘a sense of place’.
