Jess has been settling in gently on the farm over the past few weeks. Her passion for the primal art of cooking with fire combined with her love for working with farm-grown produce and making desserts to die for is an epic combo in our eyes. She knows our region well, has an elegant approach to humble ingredients and is a perfect match for our farm-to-table approach.
Her talents have been honed by some of the best venues around, most recently as Sous chef at Vasse Felix. We can't wait for you to taste her spin on the Farm Feast which is inspired by her experience with Argentinian-style grill cooking, combined with her elegant approach to humble ingredients.
