Featuring the 2019 Glenarty Road ‘Fathoms’ Cuvee. A small-batch sparkling wine matured underwater at 10 fathoms in Flinders Bay, Augusta.
This slow and intimate dining experience will be curated by our amazing new head chef Jess Widmer. Creatively and respectfully showcasing local Ocean Grown Abalone and seafood found at 10 fathoms in the Southern Ocean, alongside freshly picked seasonal produce from the farm, the ‘Fathoms’ Cuvee, and a range of other Glenarty Road wines.
